Your Benefit Time Off
Full-time employees are eligible for vacation, sick, and holiday pay – as outlined below:

- Sick leave 5 days – 40 hours
- 3 days paid bereavement leave to handle matters related to death and grieving of an immediate family member, or up to 5 paid bereavement days if travel is necessary.
- 16 paid holidays
Part-time employees in California qualify for sick time, per state regulations, based on the number of hours worked per week.
Bereavement
Revasum recognizes that tragic events occur in all of our lives, and that time off to deal with these situations may be needed. In the event of a death in an employee’s immediate family, we want you to be able to forget about your job for a few days. An employee may be granted up to 3 days of paid bereavement leave to handle matters related to death and grieving of an immediate family member, or up to 5 paid bereavement days if travel is necessary. If additional time is needed, the employee may request to use available vacation time.
Immediate family is defined as the employee’s spouse, domestic partner, parents (including step-parents, foster parents, parents-in-law, and domestic partner’s parents), grandparents, siblings, children, children of a domestic partner, step-children, adopted children, and children for whom the employee has parenting responsibilities.
